Every race or cruise would begin with someone commenting. These commenters would also be heard at the end of a race (not a cruise) saying something that depends on your position upon finishing. They can give you helpful hints, or razz to you about your performance or generally tease you. Especially in Crash Courses, commenters can be downright mean with their comments. Fortunately, those can be turned off. The commenters would be different for each race, and they are different for each city (i.e. someone commenting in San Francisco would not be heard in London, or vice versa). These include for San Francisco: a newscaster, a hippie, a stunt driving instructor, a short-tempered film director and a rapper. for London: a Scottish man, an English woman and man, and (presumably through her elegant-sounding voice) Queen Elizabeth II, although the woman mispronounces English words using the American slang terms instead.

One of the game's most entertaining aspects is its humour; for example, the hippie in San Francisco singing out-of-tune variation of John Lennon song Give Peace a Chance, or the Scottish man in London waffeling What do mean you're not wearing a kilt ?? In races (except circuit) and cruise mode, the other traffic cars beeping and yelling colorful comments to you bring also a special entertainment in playing the game.

The United States military retaliates quickly, destroying the launch platform, before the GLA can fire another missile. Later, while providing humanitarian aid to Mogadishu, Somalia backed by an aircraft carrier battle group, documents detailing a hidden GLA bio-lab are discovered. Black Lotus and Colonel Burton head to the area to destroy the bio-lab. While Black Lotus captures a GLA outpost, Colonel Burton leads a team of army rangers and destroys the bio-lab. Some time later, the United States learns that a GLA general codenamed "Dr. Thrax" has been developing a more lethal variety of anthrax known as "Anthrax Gamma". The USA manages to cut off Thrax's funds, which were coming from oil fields in Iran. When the USA locates his base of operations, they discover that he is planning on launching several missiles loaded with this toxin at major population centers within the USA itself. A swift strike by the USA, with the help of GLA defectors, succeeds in preventing the launch, and stops "Dr. Thrax."

In the GLA campaign, the GLA, though disappointed by the failure of Dr. Thrax, receives a boost in morale with the successful appointment of their new leader, General Mohmar "Deathstrike". The GLA first attempts to reunite its splintered factions under Deathstrike's leadership, which it succeeds in doing after eliminating the reganade Prince Kassad's forces in Egypt as well as stealing Kassad's stealth technologies, and then begins a fervent mission to drive the Americans from Europe. Despite their seemingly obsolete technology, the GLA succeeds in inflicting tremendous harm against the USA, by capturing an American particle uplink cannon which they then use to destroy the USS Ronald Reagan (splitting her in half from starboard to port, as shown in the game's cover) and infiltrating the US West Coast to steal toxins from a chemical storage facility. This reaches its climax when the GLA overruns the USA’s European central command base in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, partially with the use of captured Chinese weaponry. The GLA's primary objective accomplished, they now begin to invade a vulnerable Europe and create a new repressive state.

In the Chinese campaign, the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) is sent to Europe to relieve the USA and gain revenge against the Global Liberation Army for their humiliating use of Chinese technology in the capture of the U.S. European Command base in Germany. In order to prevent the GLA from making use of advanced USA weaponry, China launches a nuclear missile at the military base, destroying it, and then sends its forces into Germany, where the GLA invaders are concentrated. China tightens its homeland defenses to prevent an infiltration so they don't suffer any more attacks in their homeland. This pays off when a nuclear power plant is attacked by the GLA. Chinese forces hold their position until reinforcements arrive, and they launch a counterattack, destroying the GLA in the hills. China is also asked by the Defense Council to use restraint in their military program, to which China agrees. They later liberate a major European city oppressed by the GLA, causing China's international opinion to skyrocket. The GLA attempt to retreat, but their forces are intercepted by China and destroyed. Finally, the nearly defeated GLA takes control of an abandoned U.S. military base and uses its weaponry against the Chinese army. China succeeds in destroying the GLA, and eliminating the GLA for good, rooting out their influence in Europe. A circuit race is a standard race that involves up to four cars driving around a track that loops back to the start line of itself. A circuit race is typically a maximum of four laps and minimum of 2 laps. A sprint race is just like a circuit race except that the track does not loop back to the start line. It's a race from A to B involving a maximum of four vehicles, and because of the track design there is only one lap. Street X races are similar to Circuit races, but they take place on closed courses similar to Drift races.

Drifting is one of the easier types of racing (depending on difficulty level) in Need for Speed Underground 2. One difference to the drifting mode compared to the original Need for Speed Underground is that the player drifts with the other competitors at the same time. Players race against a maximum of three competitors. Points areawarded when the player successfully slide the car and finishes the drift without hitting any walls .Like the Street X mode in Underground 2, no nitrous oxide is allowed. There are also some special downhill drift races where the player starts at the top of a hill and has to slide down from top to bottom, a drifting equivalent of a sprint race (from point A to point B). In these races, there are no other racers, however there is normal city traffic. Players increase their points by sliding past city cars. Drag racing is a point-to-point race that forces players to use a manual transmission. Steering in this mode is simplified to simply allow for line changes, while the game handles the steering along the lines, and the player focuses more on maintaining an optimum speed for the car. The Nitrous Oxide meter is enlarged and displayed on the bottom right of the screen.

The Underground Racing League (URL) is a set of tournaments which takes place in a specific set of closed tracks outside city streets - either actual racing circuits or airport runways. URL tournaments typically consist of one to three races, with the player racing against five opponents. In tournaments with two or more races, a points system is used. At the end of each race, drivers receive a specific amount of points according to their standing in a race. The total score at the end of these races determines the winner of the tournament.

While cruising around the city, players can challenge other cruising opponents in a one-on-one race(these are called "Outrun Races"). The leader is given the freedom to pick his/her racing route, and must attempt to outrun the opponent and distance itself from him/her to as much as 300 metres (980 feet) to win. This racing formula is similar to that of Tokyo Xtreme Racer and Wangan Midnight video games, which uses health bars instead of distance to determine the winner. The sprites are recoloured in a more vibrant cartoon-esque style, as opposed to the washed out effect from the games, to match the style of the Marvel vs Capcom series. If two players get Lou, then the second player's pallette is Green, and is most likely based on Siva's color clothing from the Midnight Wanderers game. Player two's firestorm is colored orange.Lou's Companion Siva, has a character based on him as a tribute, featuring on Capcom's Cannon Spike game. 2.GETTING STARTED
a)Extracting the Ki and IMSI
first connect the sim card reader to the pc's com port insert your original sim card..... run woron scan 1.06........ click on the menu "card reader" and click settings and select the com port which the card reader is connected to....dont change any thing else in settings.....click ok
if you have a phoenix card reader checkmark pheonix in the card reader menu.....
now click on "IMSI select" on the task menu...... the program will now communicate with the sim card and retrieve the imsi value........ once u got the imsi value..... write that on a piece of paper
now in the same way retrieve the "icc value" and write that down too
now click on "Ki search" now the program hacks the sim and retrieves the the ki value which consists of 32 numbers......... b)Making the PIC and EEPROM files with SIM EMU configurator
first uncheck the A3A8 checkbox under security........... Please dont enable this even from the sim services menu. If enabled, it countsback to zero and when it reaches zero,........ it will corrupt your simcard. In the configurator you can set the number of ADN, FDN and SMS. ...........You can use the formulae ?16448 = (ADN - 51 ) x 32 +SMS x 176 + FDN x 32 must be less than 6480? for silver wafer cards.
Then generate the Hex files forPIC and EEPROM by clicking the Generate Hex file. With this configurator, in addition to the 16 number
slots, you can make the simcard a Motorola Test card too. In 16 in 1 configurator the positions are from
0-9 and from A-F. Each position can be customised by induvidual PIN an PUK codes. finished making the files now next step copy these files to the blank card using the programmer......
c)Write the files to the SILVER WAFER card
Now we have the files to be written to the Silver Wafer card. For this we need the Wafer
card programmer and the software for programming. Here i am using the Millenium 2000VX Max programmer
and the Cardmaster 2.1 software. Connect the programmer and run the software. Select the type
of card you are using. Select the port by clicking setup > port. If the port set by you is correct the red
colour with message on ststus bar changes to yellow and shows no simcard. Insert the simcard and load
the files for PIC and EEPROM in the file to PIC and file to EEPROM fields respectively. Dont change any
other settings. Now you are at the last stage.
Press F3 or click edit > Auto Program. You can watch the
status bar about what is happening. Programming the pic.. programming the eeprom... programming the
pic.... verifying.... and atlast you will get the message that the card is programmed succesfully. Here
you may ask the question why the PIC is programmed again after programming the EEPROM?. The PIC is
first programmed with the eeprom loader to program the EEPROM. then the EEPROM is programmed
through the pic. After that the contents in the pic is erased and the actual file is programmed in the PIC
d) Cutting the smart card into a Sim card...... and settings on the phone
The card which we have made is a 16 in 1 sim card....... means we can store 16 different sim card numbers in one
This is the last step guys...... cut the smart card in the shape of ur sim card...... insert the sim card in the phone.....
switch on the handset...... the phone asks for the PIN..... type ne 4 digit number this is for the first slot 0...... now the phone asks for the PUK code again type ne 4 digit number again for the first slot....... now the phone switches on with no network coverage...... a network error message will appear....... this is usual because........ the main values (ki and imsi) have not entered....... so the network operator cannot authenticate the sim.........
now the Finallee....... u would have noticed by now that a new menu called the "sim emu 6.01" has appeared....... select it......you can see the menus Configure, Select Phone and Information. Select Configure and go to config postion. It asks for the position. You can select any position from 0-9 and A-F. After selecting the position it asks for a PIN and PUK. Always provide different PIN and PUK for each positions. It helps us to switch to a number directly when the handset is switched on. After PIN and PUK it asks for KI,IMSI and ICCID. You can now recall the extracted values from STEP1 and enter it to appropriate fileds.
After doing all this..... u should now posses ur newly cloned sim card...... u earned it congratulations..... ............. If not then...... u must slap urself 10 times ........ and reapeat the entire process....
